Prototyping

Our rapid turn prototyping services can offer reduced costs and lead time by qualifying designs before progressing to full production.

Hand assembly allows single boards to be tested, or part assembled and verified in stages. This identifies any design faults as early as possible, ultimately reducing total development lead time and cost. This process also eliminates the need for components to be ordered in large quantities, or supplied on reels, as required by automated assembly, further reducing initial costs and inventory.

Various prototyping methods can be employed to complete a proof of concept product, including rapid prototyping of housings, machining of mechanical components and urethane moulding of gaskets or keypads.
